Minimum Qualifications

Completed Bachelor’s degree from regionally accredited institution OR completed Associate degree froma regionally accredited institution with two years of professional level experience performing similarduties to those described for this position OR four years of professional level experience performingsimilar duties to those described for this position.
- Proficient knowledge of word processing, database and spreadsheet applications.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting targeted deadlines.
Professional level experience is defined by the Colorado Division of Human Resources: A position that involves the exercise of discretion, analytical skill, judgment, personal accountability, and responsibility for creating, developing, integrating, applying, or sharing an organized body of knowledge. Colorado revised statute (C.R.S. 24-50-135(1) allows colleges to exempt positions from the State Personnel Classified System that are determined to be professional level work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience mapping, analyzing, and improving administrative or academic processes.
- Experience serving as a liaison between departments or stakeholders; capable of clearly conveying technical or procedural information to a variety of audiences.
- Prior exposure to academic scheduling or FLAC in higher education.
- Experience with Banner or other higher education student information system.
