Job Description

This position is responsible for carrying out Administrative Assistant III duties in the Enrollment Services Call Center. This position is for a Spanish/English speaker.

This position is temporary, not to exceed 28 hours per week, maximum 9-month assignment.

This position is located at the Centennial Campus, 5675 S. Academy Blvd. Colorado Springs, CO 80906.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Completed high school diploma or GED.
  • Three years of experience in an occupational field related to the work assigned to the position
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional years of experience in an occupational field related to the work assigned to the position.

Salary:

Applications accepted until position is filled. The pay is up to $23.96 per hour DOE.  This position is temporary, not to exceed 28 hours per week, maximum 9-month assignment.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • This position works primarily in the Enrollment Services Call Center to provide customer service to new and current students with all enrollment related processes, procedures, and information.
  • Based on the number of questions and possible answers provided on the application for admission related to residency classification, this position must be knowledgeable with all state and institutional residency policies/guidelines.
  • In order to provide students with a comprehensive enrollment process, this position will assist students with every aspect of enrollment: from admission through registration.

  • Ability to provide high-level customer service with individuals and groups in-person, over the phone, via email, and via text-message.
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills, and public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of college processes, academic programs, and relevant state and federal policies and regulations.
