This position will assist our department in creating and managing various centralized instructional procedures.
The college offers the possibility for alternative work arrangements such as flexplace, remote work, or flextime scheduling upon completion of training and department needs.
Minimum Qualifications
Professional level experience is defined by the Colorado Division of Human Resources: A position that involves the exercise of discretion, analytical skill, judgment, personal accountability, and responsibility for creating, developing, integrating, applying, or sharing an organized body of knowledge. Colorado revised statute (C.R.S. 24-50-135(1) allows colleges to exempt positions from the State Personnel Classified System that are determined to be professional level work.

Essential Functions
Maintain processes for efficient faculty pay and instructional scheduling for a cluster of contracts and scheduling, keep up with and understand changes to faculty and instructor payroll policies and procedures, maintain open communication coordinating with the instructional divisions to advocate adherence to college and state guidelines, in addition to developing, implementing, evaluating, and revising procedures for the overall Office of Instructional Support.
Coordinate, create and participate in interdepartmental procedural communication and training needs for the Office of Instructional Support, including but not limited to producing training documents and creating and maintaining a presence for Instructional Support in the PPSC Portal. Maintain training materials and conduct training sessions virtually and face-to-face as needed. Train and assist instructional division Deans, Associate Deans, and instructional staff on various processes and procedures based in the Office of Instructional Support.
Attend Instructional Division meetings to inform faculty and instructors about Instructional Support department processes, to include payroll processes [timelines, subs, etc.], scheduling deadlines [in coordination with the Deans], answering questions, gathering details and concerns. Other projects and tasks as assigned by the Director and/or VP.
